At HKMS Emporium, we are committed to delivering your sacred idols and shringar items safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipments may take additional time. Customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is also available.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package weight and size

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided courier partner’s tracking link.

Packaging & Safety

  • All idols and shringar items are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fragile items are handled with extra care.

Delivery Issues

HKMS Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural calamities or government restrictions

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution.
